This technology breaks down essential oils into ultra-fine particles and disperses them into the air in vapor form. This allows the scent to retain its natural properties, remain suspended in the air for hours, and provide long-lasting fragrance.

2. How do I use the Arjava Diffuser?

Placing the Diffuser:

Place the diffuser on a flat and stable surface to ensure proper operation.

Inserting the Cartridge:

Lift the diffuser body.
Remove the two plugs on the fragrance cartridge.
Insert the cartridge into the slot and press down to secure it in place.

Turning on the Diffuser:

Plug the diffuser into an outlet and press the power button.
The diffuser can operate while plugged in or be used wirelessly after charging. When the battery runs out, simply plug it back in to recharge.

Pairing with the Mobile App:

Connect to the diffuser via Bluetooth and pair it with the Arjava App to personalize operations.

Settings:

Through the app, adjust scent intensity, operating duration, Ambient Lighting colors, and brightness.
The diffuser will begin emitting fragrance to scent your space.

Enable Bluetooth on your mobile device.
Download the Arjava App from the App Store or Google Play and grant the necessary permissions for a seamless experience.
Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to pair your diffuser.
Once paired, you can customize scent intensity, operating hours, and Ambient Lighting color and brightness.

4. How do I adjust the scenting duration and intensity?

Open the Arjava App and go to the “My Diffusers” section on the Home Page.
Set the desired operating duration.
Adjust the scenting level to control fragrance intensity.
Save your preferences to activate the diffuser with these settings.

5. How long does an Arjava cartridge last?

Depending on the scenting settings you have configured for your diffuser, a cartridge can provide fragrance for up to 120 days. At medium-level settings, your cartridge will typically last around 60–90 days

6. How long does the battery last when my diffuser is fully charged?

With a fully charged battery, your diffuser can operate without being plugged in for 5 to 10 days, depending on the settings.
For example, a diffuser that runs for 12 hours a day on a high scent level may last around 5 days, while one that operates for 12 hours a day on a low setting can last 10 days or more.

7. Are all scents equally strong? Or are some lighter while others are more intense? Should I adjust the device settings accordingly?

When setting the scent level, you should consider not only the size of the area to be scented but also the intensity (strength) of the scent you choose.

The guide below has been prepared to assist you:

1. Recommended Scent Levels by Area Size:

5–10 m² → LOW level
10–30 m² → MEDIUM level
30–60 m² → HIGH level
60–100 m² → CUSTOM SETTINGS (MAXIMUM LEVEL)

2. Scent Intensities (Strength)
Some scents naturally feel lighter due to their character, while others are more dominant and strong. This difference should also be taken into account when adjusting the scenting level:

Light Intensity Scents:

➤ It is recommended to increase the level by one notch for these scents.

Medium Intensity Scents:

➤ You can use the recommended level for these scents.

High Intensity Scents:

➤ Even a lower level may be sufficient for these scents.

Example:
If you are using "Golden Harem" in a 30 m² room, operating at a medium level will be sufficient;
however, if you use a lighter scent like "Trace of Time" in the same room, you may prefer the high level.

8. How do I change the Ambient Lighting color and brightness?

Open the Arjava App and go to the “My Diffusers” section.
Scroll down to find the Ambient Lighting preferences.
Select one of the available colors or use the color palette to choose your desired hue. The diffuser lighting will update instantly.

Note:

Continuous Ambient Lighting is only available while the diffuser is plugged in.
When unplugged, Ambient Lighting activates only during diffusion.
You can disable the lighting entirely by tapping the related icon.

Before cleaning, ensure the diffuser is turned off and unplugged. Lift the body and carefully remove the cartridge. Using a damp, soft cloth, gently clean the exterior and inner surfaces of the diffuser. Avoid using harsh chemicals that could damage the device.

11. Is the Arjava Diffuser safe for children and pets?

Yes, the Arjava Diffuser and its scents are safe for children and pets when used properly. The cartridges are IFRA-certified and contain no harmful substances or residue-forming ingredients.

12. How should I store the fragrance cartridges?

Store cartridges in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Ensure the bottles are tightly sealed to prevent oxidation and maintain freshness.

13. Can I use other brand fragrances in the Arjava Diffuser?

No. The Arjava Diffuser is designed to work exclusively with Arjava fragrance cartridges to ensure optimal performance and safety. Using non-Arjava cartridges may damage the diffuser and void the warranty. Arjava cartridges are single-use only.

14. Can I control multiple diffusers with the Arjava App?

Yes, you can manage multiple Arjava Diffusers:

Open the Arjava App and tap “Add New Diffuser.”
Pair each diffuser individually.
Select the diffuser you want to control from the home screen.

15. Do Arjava cartridges contain harmful substances or alcohol?

No, Arjava cartridges contain no harmful substances or alcohol. They are formulated in accordance with IFRA safety standards and are safe for human health.

16. What room size is the Arjava Diffuser suitable for?

The Arjava Diffuser effectively scents areas up to 300 cubic meters, providing long-lasting fragrance.

17. Which charger can I use?

You can safely use the charger provided with the diffuser or a 5V DC, minimum 1.5A USB-C charger.

18. What is the warranty period for the product?

The Arjava Diffuser comes with a 2-year warranty and includes fast technical support and spare part services.

Troubleshooting:

1. I can't pair my diffuser with the app. What should I do?

Press the Bluetooth button on the diffuser.
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and all required app permissions are granted.

2. My diffuser isn’t emitting fragrance regularly. What should I do?

Make sure the cartridge is full and properly inserted.
Check that your diffuser is set to operate within its active days and time range.
