Return and Exchange Conditions

Warranty Conditions
Unless otherwise stated, all products are covered under the Arjava brand warranty. In order for warranty procedures to be applicable, it is important that the product is inspected in front of the courier at the time of delivery. If any damage is detected on the product packaging, a damage report must be issued, and the product should not be accepted.

If any modifications are made to the product that compromise its authenticity, or if the product is deformed or its original design is altered, the warranty will become void.

Delivery and Return Conditions

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, consumers have the right to return the product they have purchased within 14 days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason and without being subject to any penalty.

To exercise the right of return:

  • The product must not have been used,

  • Its original packaging must be intact,

  • The product must be complete and in resalable condition.

Hygienic and Technical Products

Products that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons (e.g., personal care items, perfumes, room scents, etc.) can only be returned if:

  • The packaging is unopened,

  • The product is unused,

  • It is in its original condition.

The return conditions of such products are clearly stated in the product descriptions and on the packaging. If this information is not provided, consumers may exercise their right of return within the legal period even if the product has been used.

Incorrect or Defective Products

If the delivered product is different from what was ordered (e.g., a cinnamon scent is delivered instead of vanilla), the customer retains the right to return it even if it has been used. Similarly, if the product is defective or faulty, it can be returned.

Return Procedure

  • The product you wish to return must be unused, in its original packaging, and sent back to us along with the invoice.

  • You may initiate a return request within 14 days of delivery via email or our contact form.

  • Refunds for products that meet the return criteria will be processed within 7 business days, as legally required.

  • Once we receive the returned product, it will be sent for technical inspection. If it is determined that the product was damaged due to customer misuse (e.g., scratches, worn logos, perfume chamber damage, etc.), the return will not be accepted.

  • According to consumer protection laws, customers are entitled to test the product. However, if the product is used in a way that diminishes its value, a deduction may be made from the refund.

  • If the returned product does not meet return conditions, a partial refund will be issued or a deduction for repair/cleaning costs may be applied.

Non-Accepted Return Cases

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used products,

  • Products with opened packaging or which can no longer be resold,

  • Custom-made products,

  • Products that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons (if packaging has been opened).
